The initiative, centred around World Chaîne Day on 20 April, saw restaurants in five provinces feature macadamia-infused dishes. Its goal was to raise awareness among chefs about the versatility of macadamia nuts, inspiring creativity and enhancing culinary experiences. The collaboration between Chaîne de Rôtisseurs and SAMAC lays a foundation for future culinary innovation and aligns with efforts to position South Africa as a top culinary destination.
