This Rugy World Cup has been off the charts! By the time you read this we will be gearing ourselves up for the final tomorrow.
It has come to light that there was a perceived intimation in an article published in the Kruger2Canyon News today, 29 September 2023
To all of you out there, live life to the full, live it like there is no tomorrow, and love the life you live!
Well, we are now at the end of August! Only ‘yesterday’ we were celebrating new year and now summer is on the horizon again! The temperatures are on the rise.
This month’s edition is really a bumper one. Thank you to all who submitted their articles – it’s so fantastic to have such an unbelievable bunch of ‘jorno’s’ doing their thing, and something that they love to do, just for us.
Well, we are almost halfway through 2023 – where has that all gone – and winter is upon us. The weather is certainly a lot crisper in the evenings and early morning, which for many is a pleasant change from the blistering heat.
he time has come to prepare ourselves for the oncoming winter. But most of us love winter, as we bask in the relative ‘cool’ of the day and the crisp nigh time air.
Well, we’re into April now – seems like only yesterday that we were celebrating New Year! Already so many things have happened – summer is now on its way out and I think we will welcome a little cooler weather, we’ve had the edge of Freddy (and a lot of rain!)
What a February we have had! EishKom continues to deliver its conundrum of loadshedding schedules (if there is a schedule at all), whilst nature decided to deliver her input with a deluge of rain (much needed, but wow) with its associated issues – more potholes, delays in production (especially the road to Eastgate) and of course flooding – which had me stuck at home for three days.
As a forward, of types, to Don Pinnock’s article in this month’s publication, I would like to precis his article in the Daily Maverick of the 6th December 2022 titled: The sad truth is, most humans don’t give a damn about nature.
